Our Engineers

Here at SeqGen, we select the most dedicated and highly skilled individuals to become engineers. While many have advanced degrees in engineering or biotechnology, they must still undergo our comprehensive hiring process.

Each candidate is required to complete a six-month probationary training program, followed by a six-month apprenticeship with our senior staff. During this time, engineers become fully immersed in SeqGen’s culture of expert service and maintenance, as well as the art of fostering strong customer relationships.

SeqGen’s engineers are more than just technicians. They’ll work with you to thoroughly explain service issues, answer any questions you may have, and even recommend tips and techniques to prevent future problems.
